ABOUT
I have always had an interest in growing herbs and healing plants. I completed a Holistic Herbalist Diploma, and in 2017 began to grow specific herbs to blend my first balm. It was initially just for me, to use as a hand balm and to treat my dry hands and cuticles, but I also had success when sharing it with friends, for a number of skin issues. They too noticed distinct benefits from using it. One friend called it a miracle balm, so I adopted the name.
Skip forward many years, and I now have four therapeutic, natural balms available, to remedy a range of health & skin concerns: Lovely Balm, Munda Wunda Balm, Bush Balm and ‘Miracle’ Balm.
I use a range of herbs, flowers and weeds in my Balms, infused over time under the warm Sun, and then blended with therapeutic oils and Bees Wax. I have listed a few below: –
Bay Leaf (Laurus Nobilis) natural astringent, treats open wounds, sores and skin conditions
Bush Mint (Clinopodium Vimineum) soothing and uplifting, promotes concentration and alertness, is antibacterial and offers immune support.

In 2022 I completed a Diploma in Holistic Counselling, and I created these exercises to help with anxiety and stress related issues. Many people, of all ages, within my community networks were experiencing self-care, health and wellbeing concerns. These exercises were created in response to proactively and positively address these issues, and may be used in conjunction with my body balms for optimum results.
